Thread: MPMB's Character Record Sheet (PDF form) + MPMB's Spell Sheets (Excel / PDF form)

I just updatrd to the new version and noticed a issue with Eldritch Blast, Agonizing Blast and Eldritch spear for a 5th level warlock where the damage is being displayed as "C×1d10+mods" instead of "2×1d10+mods"

It is a lot of work to add content to the sheet’s automation because every text has to be rewritten to fit into the fields and fit the style. As a result of this, I don’t find it worth the effort to transcribe unofficial or untested materials. However, if you want to add custom content and are willing to do the legwork, contact me and we can make something work!

You can always manually add or change things in the sheet. That way you can still use your homebrew or Unearthed Arcana content. The Unearthed Arcana articles can be found on the website of The Wizards of the Coast.

file showed me 2nd level spells. But going up to 5th level the 2nd level spells were dropped. The reverse of what should be happening.

Not sure if other 1/2 casters, like Rangers are facing the same issue. Also this is an imported character from an earlier version 11.32. But that version also had the same issue. This is when I generate a sheet using <code>Spells of a level i can cast</code>.

Good catch on faulty math with the 1/2 casters. Because of your post I found that I made a mistake with the math of all the partial casters, guess I was sleeping when I programmed those :P Thank you for letting me know about this, I will fix it in the next version!

It seems that I make a tiny mistake (literally forgot one dot in the code) that led to the Eldritch Blast and its variants not getting the proper treatment. Thank you for reporting this bug, it will be fixed in the next version!

When there's text on the second line of the attack section, the mods fields are superimposed on the text making it hard to read.

I'm using Ranger Beastmaster with Panther companion.

P.S. Certain companion items that are supposed to scale with Beastmaster are not scaling (as of 11.35). At least when imported from an earlier version of the sheet. I haven't tried from scratch.

It probably is a good idea to give those BlueText fields that are overlaying other fields a white background to improve readability. I'll fix it in the next version

As for the Beast Master, I didn't program anything for its companion into the sheet because it is a class that almost nobody plays. So there is nothing in place to make the Beast Master companion be automated. As you probably noticed, there is nowhere to indicate that a companion is your "Ranger's Companion" and should benefit from the Beast Master's increases.

I see. My wife is playing a Beastmaster Ranger, and it is a pain trying to figure out which fields need to be changed and which do not.

How about putting it on your to-do list with a low priority marker? (Same for my suggestion about the proficiencies.)
