How about putting it on your to-do list with a low priority marker? (Same for my suggestion about the proficiencies.)
I gave it some thought, and I decided just to make it today It was a little more work than I had anticipated, but version 11.37 has full support for a Range

No problem! If you decide to write the necessary code to bring the class to this character sheet, would you mind sending me a copy? I would like to put it in the Dropbox so that anybody can use your addition.

Thus a new version with the Ranger's Companion options:

MPMB's Character Record Sheet v11.37 (23-5-2016) with the following changelog:
    • NEW FEATURE: added the option to put a Ranger’s Companion on the companion page, as per the Beast Master class feature (as suggested by Astromath)
    • Fixed some creature entries
    • Made the BlueText fields of the attacks on the companion page easier to read (as suggested by Astromath)

    MPMB,
I seem to have found a bug. I've looked through my character build and tried to figure out if I'm just being a dunderheaded ninnymuggins but I don't think so. I've created a level 3 Lore Bard and for some reason, the initiative calculation seems to add my dex bonus of +3 to nothing and has come up with a total of 4. This is a third level human bard with the variant build. He has War Caster as a feat and Urchin as a background. Nothing else I can figure seems to account for the +1 to initiatve. So I'm thinking it's a bug. What do you think?

    Hi Ohillion,

What you are describing is definitely not a bug, it is the Jack of All Traits skill from Bard level 2. It works on all ability checks, including initiative.

AHA! I AM a dunderheaded ninnymuggins then!!! LOL. Thank you. I bow to your D&D Kung Fu. Is there a way to edit this so that I can see the +1 in the initiative calculation? A simple hover of the cursor can pop up a text box to show why the +1, +2, etc is in the Misc box. Just a thought.

Hmmm. That usually happens when importing from a previous character sheet (at least it does with me). Especially one before version 11. So the question is: did you import it from a previous sheet?

BTW, @MPmb: Thx for the Beastmaster. I was originally thinking that since it was a low priority that it wouldn't get done for a few weeks to a few months. You are faster than I thought. If I was able to donate (other than suggestions) I would. I'm out of work until January. I'm a tax preparer. Seasonal work.

Aaahh, this again! I swear, the number of times I have screwed up with the Speed section and imports is reaching uncountable numbers (I'm assuming this is an imported character). I think I have a fix for it which I will put in the next version!

You are right that imports have historically been terrible when it comes to the speed section, but I fully intend to remedy that issue once and for all

No problem with the Beastmaster's Companion, you are very welcome. When I was creating the companion page I found it to be too much effort for a class feature that is hardly used. I made a mental note that if ever anybody would ask about it, I would look into how much work it actually is to add the functionality. Once I started looking I was immediately thinking through all the necessary steps and figured I might as well make it if I have gone that far.

Sorry, I forgot to reply to this. I intentionally did not put a +1 in the Misc box because this way it is possible to have the "Cha" in there as well. Unfortunately it is not possible to add any tooltips to the calculated boxes, only to the ones that are editable. The Misc box should have a tooltip (mouse over text) similar to the bluetext fields, but I guess I forgot. I will add some more tooltips to the new version that will hopefully cause less confusion

This brings us to MPMB's Character Record Sheet v11.38 (24-5-2016) with the following changelog:
    • Bug fixes for movement speed not/wrongly displaying after importing (thanks SpaceCasey for noticing)
    • Bug fixes to ensure compatibility with the latest version of Adobe Acrobat DC (version 15.01620041)
    • Bug fixes for exporting
    • The buttons in the “JavaScript Window” now display an “On” state when active, where appropriate
    • Added tooltip information for the “Jack of All Trades” and “Remarkable Athlete” checkboxes, as well as all the skill and initiative modifier fields (as suggested by Ohillion)

Well, now DCI function has stopped working.. Curious, can you just add a small button near the hp that will auto add max hp into the hp field? In my games, I allow the players to have max xp, instead of rolling for every level.

Created an 11th level bard. The class features put his Bardic Inspiration in twice...once correctly and then again at the end of the features as if he were 1st level.

Also, added gear to the left hand equipment column for "Pouch" and it came up - Pouch[] with the weird rectangle after the word "pouch"
